In this section, we are still laying the foundations as you get introduced for the first time to some of the concepts that the 21-day reset has presented to you.
Believe it or not, we are lying to ourselves one way or another. We need to uncover these lies, so that we can get to our truth. As a result, we embrace the lies and live a life of mediocrity.
Phase 1 Section 3: New Routines

In this section, we are going to break the routines that you have been doing for the past 5, 10, 20 years of your life. If you are not where you want to be right now, you must know deep down that there is something wrong with your routines. What time do you wake every morning? How many hours are you really working? How many hours are you allotting for “family” time? Are you getting enough sleep, or is “sleep for the weak” your motto?
Learn all about the new “must have” routines that will gradually change the outcome of your life.

In this section, I am going to introduce to you personas. Maybe you’ve heard about them before, maybe not. Perhaps, you know them by another name.

In this section, I am going to introduce you to the first two base personas that we all have, and that for most of us, are two of the persona masks that we wear 80% of the time. There’s a right occasion for every persona, however, if you always wear the default and lowest personas, are you still surprised that you haven’t gotten to where you want to be?

In this section, you will all about the warrior persona. You have been introduced to both the default and the lowest, and though these two are not the nicest personas to have most of the time, they are needed, as they serve as a warning light (especially the lowest persona).
Now, as the saying goes, “when you’re down, there is no other way but up.” Opposite to the default and lowest personas, is the warrior persona. Everyone has this persona, and you might have used it before, but just don’t know what to call it. When you were in school and you had a lot of deadlines, was there a time that you powered through your entire homework, full of concentration and focus, and finished it? When you were walking down the dark alley, did you feel as if your senses were heightened and if someone did something bad to you, you knew exactly what to do?

In this section, we are going to discuss the last persona, the ideal persona. This persona is the epitome of success, fame, fortune–whatever it is your heart truly desires. This is the persona/mask that you wear in order to succeed in life. This ideal persona represents your dreams and goals in life. What does it eat? What time does it wake up? These are a few questions that you need to answer in order to see its difference from the rest of the personas.

Phase 2 Section 1: Strategies , Stories, and Ethos

In this section, we are going to unravel why your previous strategies don’t work. Have you gone to 5, or maybe 10 seminars already, with the promise of change, but at the end, you go back to your old lifestyle and forget about everything you’ve learned in that seminar? The problem lies deeper. Here, we are going to discover why “who” is most important.
Phase 2 Section 2: D.I.E.T

In this section, we are going to take a look at the D.I.E.T of your body. No, diet does not only refer to what you’re eating, but it also refers to everything that your body consumes. Are you reading tabloid newspapers everyday, wanting to know the latest gossip on your favorite celebrity? Are you eating chips, chocolates, and cakes all year round? Whatever it is that you put inside your body, your body reacts to it.

In this section, we are going to discuss what I call the DGAF circle. Most of you already have this–but not quite. Sure, you have a select few people who belong inside your inner circle, and there are those who are in the middle, and those who are just sitting right on top of the outer circle (perhaps, your acquaintances?) The closer they are to your inner circle, the more you care about them. The DGAF circle that I am going to teach you right now is so simple that you would say to yourself, “why haven’t I thought of that?”
This new DGAF circle will revolutionize the way you think about others, and the way you view others’ comments about you.

In this section, you will learn all about fear and how you can use fear to your advantage. Once you learn how to leverage fear, and what it’s telling you, you will be able to unleash your superpower within.

In this section, you will learn all about choices. Whatever it is you choose in life, all the decisions you make will affect the outcome of your life. Reaching your dreams in life is the ultimate goal, but how do you get there? What choices do you have to make to seal your fate?
Phase 2 Section 6: Future Focus

In this section, we are going to discuss Future Focus. This is an exercise that I do with my clients and they sometimes have a hard time snapping back to reality. If done right, this can be a powerful tool to let you see what your life will be when looking under the lenses of the lowest and ideal personas.
Phase 2 Section 7: Accountability

In this section, we are going to discuss accountability. When you have committed to something, make sure that you tell someone about it. Let them know what you have committed to, even in small doses. This will force you to make good your commitment. A better way to do it is to get involved in a wager with friends, and whoever gets it done first, will get the prize.
Be creative when it comes to your accountability.

In this section, we are going to discuss the witness. How important is the witness in your life? What role does it play when it comes to the discovery of your personas? Let this section educate you on how you can uncover your truth. Hop on the board meeting of your life, and let your other personas gather while making the witness as the mediator.

In this section, we are going to discuss your dreams and long term goals. Which among the eight categories of purpose does your dream fit in? Discover the different answers of the four personas, and how they deal with the various events and instances in your life. How can you sustain your way of living in order to achieve your ultimate goal?

In this section, we are going to discuss the process of how you can attain the life that you want. If you have a specific goal in mind, ask yourself relevant questions such as, “is it feasible?” “how many days do I need in order to achieve it?” “what steps do I take in order to get what I want in life?”

In this section, we are going to discuss your food intake. Yes, this was discussed in the D.I.E.T section, however, this needs to have its own section since a lot of you are guilty of this. Whatever food you eat will manifest in the way you think, move, and speak. This is your body’s nutrition. Your brain’s food. It has been proven that eating the right amount of plant-based food and meat will change the way you look, carry yourself, and it boosts your confidence.

Are you reading books that will help you gain knowledge on things that matter? Are you spending more than what you earn? Do you have a plan on what to do with your money? Are you investing at all?
